Welcome to Cultivate Salon & Co. Hi, I’m Bailey Grace. Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here. I’ve been behind the chair since 2019 and specialize in lived-in blondes, dimensional color, gray blending, and luxury extensions that are beautiful, healthy, and designed to complement your lifestyle. At Cultivate Salon & Co., my goal is to provide more than beautiful hair. I want every guest to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for. Every appointment is customized to your hair goals while prioritizing long-term hair health, low-maintenance luxury, and a relaxing experience from beginning to end. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll usually find me outside on the farm with my family, soaking up the sunshine, cooking, singing, or taking care of our animals. Cultivate Salon & Co. was created to be a peaceful, private retreat where you can slow down, unwind, and know you’re in good hands. I truly believe some of life’s best conversations happen behind the chair, and it’s an honor to be trusted with both your hair and your heart. Thank you for choosing me. I can’t wait to welcome you into my studio. ──────── THE CULTIVATE EXPERIENCE Because Cultivate Salon & Co. is a private home studio, these policies are in place to protect the privacy, safety, and experience of every guest while allowing me to provide the highest level of service. Private Home Studio Cultivate Salon & Co. operates strictly by confirmed appointment only. Please do not stop by without a confirmed appointment for consultations, product purchases, scheduling questions, or to see if I have availability. As this is my private residence, I am unable to accommodate walk-in visits under any circumstances. The opportunity to be a guest at Cultivate Salon & Co. is an invitation extended through a confirmed appointment. ──────── Privacy & Location My salon is located on private residential property that I share with my family. I kindly ask that you help me protect the privacy and security of our home. Please do not: • Share my address with others. • Post or list my address online. • Geotag or “check in” at my studio on social media. • Include my address in online reviews or public posts. At this time, I am accepting approved referral clients only. If someone is interested in becoming a guest, please have them contact me directly. If I have availability and determine we are a good fit, I will personally provide my studio address after their appointment has been approved. Failure to respect the privacy of my home or share my address without permission may result in the refusal of future services. ──────── Property Boundaries Cultivate Salon & Co. is located on private residential property. Your appointment includes access only to the designated client parking area, the salon entrance, and the salon studio. All other areas of the property are private and reserved for our family unless I personally invite you elsewhere. ──────── Client Parking Please park in the designated Cultivate Salon & Co. Client Parking space. To allow room for two client vehicles, please pull all the way forward to the edge of the parking pad when parking. For the safety and privacy of my family and animals, walking beyond the fence or into other areas of the property is strictly prohibited unless accompanied by me. ──────── Arrival Policy Please arrive no more than five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment. Because this is a private home studio, early arrivals cannot be accommodated. If you arrive early, I kindly ask that you remain in your vehicle until your appointment time. ──────── Guest Policy Appointments are reserved exclusively for the scheduled guest. Unless previously discussed and approved, please do not bring additional adults or children to your appointment. This allows me to provide every guest with the peaceful, relaxing experience they deserve. ──────── Farm Animals One of the unique parts of visiting Cultivate Salon & Co. is being surrounded by our little farm. If you happen to see our chickens during your visit, don’t worry—they’re friendly and love greeting guests from a distance. At this time, farm tours and animal interactions are not available. For the safety of both our guests and our animals, please do not enter fenced areas, feed, pet, or attempt to interact with any animals unless invited to do so. We hope to offer optional farm tours as part of your salon experience in the future! ──────── Security For the safety and protection of my guests, my family, and myself, the exterior of the property and salon entrance are monitored by video surveillance. By entering the property, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded while on the premises. ──────── Communication The best way to reach me is by text or through my online booking system. While I strive to respond promptly, I may be with a guest or spending time with my family. Thank you for your patience—I will always respond as soon as I am available. ──────── Inclement Weather The safety of my guests always comes first. Cultivate Salon & Co. follows Lexington County School District One closures for severe weather. If the district closes due to inclement weather, appointments may be canceled or rescheduled to ensure everyone’s safety. I will contact you as soon as possible if weather impacts your appointment. ──────── Illness Policy If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived if you reschedule your appointment the same day. Future appointments may require a 50% booking retainer at my discretion. ──────── Client Satisfaction Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have concerns about your service, please let me know before leaving the studio so we can discuss them together. Once payment has been completed and you have left the studio, your appointment is considered complete. Any future adjustments or changes will require booking a new appointment. ──────── Late Arrivals Please respect your reserved appointment time. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. • Arriving 30 minutes or more late may require your appointment to be canceled and treated as a late cancellation or no-show. Repeated late arrivals may result in the loss of future booking privileges. ──────── Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service total. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service total. Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to respect appointment times may result in dismissal from my clientele. ──────── Respect Policy Cultivate Salon & Co. is built on kindness, professionalism, and mutual respect. Any behavior that compromises the safety, privacy, comfort, or well-being of myself, my family, my home, or other guests—including repeated policy violations, unauthorized visits, harassment, sharing my private address, or entering restricted areas of the property—may result in immediate refusal of service and permanent removal from my client list. ──────── Thank You Thank you for respecting my time, my home, and the boundaries that allow me to provide every guest with a peaceful, personalized, luxury salon experience.
