Cultivate Salon & Co. is a Boutique Salon at Sola in Lexington Square. We’ve created a safe space where all are welcome. Not only is it our goal to help you love your hair, but also to love yourself. Feel free to take selfies, make a TikTok, sing, take a nap at the shampoo bowl, and relax! You never have to get dressed up for your appointment, come as you are. Online booking may not be available for certain services. *** We specialize in all things blonde, dimensional color, low maintenance styles, and hair growth + scalp health. A note from Bailey: As a business owner, I am always looking for ways to enhance my studio, and support my co-stylist. One of the ways that I have set a standard is by updating my policies, and implementing boundaries. Please scroll down, and read through them thoroughly, to make sure that we are on the same page, and communication is clear! Choosing which technique is best for you can be stressful with all of the salon lingo. To limit confusion, we have transformed our menu to be more inclusive, rather than a la carte. This will help maintain the luxury experience that you deserve. You tell us the results you’re looking for, and we’ll choose the techniques! All services will now include a haircut, and a deep condition or treatment of your choice! (Valued at $65) Although we are not currently increasing our prices, we are changing the pricing structure. Be sure to visit our website before your next appointment to check out all of the updates and options. All appointments that are already on our books will be updated accordingly. We are excited to implement Salon Scale into our studio. This innovative technology allows us to separate the cost of product and service for more accurate pricing. Now, we will have access to all of your hair history with us! It also creates an individual profile for exact measurements, time stamps, and formulations for each client. Rather than a general cost for products, you will be charged for the exact amount of product that we use on your hair. This ensures that no one is over / under charged for what is used. POLICIES: I follow Lexington School District 1 school closures for any inclement weather conditions. Should the schools cancel or close, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, for everyone’s safety. As apart of my client satisfaction guarantee, my ONLY focus will be the CLIENT. This means that if you are not the guest in my chair receiving my services, your opinion is not welcome at that time (regardless of the client’s age). If you are a spouse, parent, friend, sibling, etc and you are unhappy with the quality of the clients outcome, that is not a problem I can solve for you.-even if you are the one paying for it. Unless the client themselves voices their thoughts at the end of the service, before leaving the current appointment, I will not provide any refunds or complimentary service adjustments. Once you complete your payment at the end of the service, that transaction is complete. You must let me know at the end of your appointment, while still in the studio, if you are unhappy with your results. If your mind changes after leaving, you will now be required to book a new appointment for any adjustments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $15 will be applied to your transaction. Our time is very valuable, and our schedules must stay on track. If you no call / no show, and 50% charge of your service total will be filed on your card. If these policies do not meet your standards, I recommend searching on the Sola Salon website to find a stylist that better fits your needs. Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged. All no-show appointments will be charged 100%. $15 will be applied to your charge for every 15 minutes that you are late to your scheduled appointment time. *By checking this box, you also verify that you have read and understand all policies*
