Welcome to Cultivate Salon & Co. I’m Bailey Grace, stylist since 2019, and founder of my studio. I specialize in blonding, gray blending, dimensional color, and extensions: creating hair that’s vibrant, healthy, and tailored to you and your lifestyle. Every service I provide — from a subtle tone refresh to a dramatic platinum transformation — is customized to your hair type, goals, and routine. I focus on precision, color artistry, and maintaining hair health, so you leave the salon feeling confident, radiant, and cared for. I don’t just want to help you look your best — I want you to feel your best, too. That’s why I offer non-injectable, bioactive precision peptides in my studio to support your overall wellness and enhance hair growth results, giving you a complete, luxurious experience from root to ends. As your stylist, I believe in luxury results with low-maintenance strategies. I love helping you achieve long-lasting color that looks effortlessly beautiful. When I’m not behind the chair, I enjoy being in the sunshine, taking care of my farm, and spending time with my family! I love to sing and cook too!! When you sit in my chair, you’ll know you’re safe to have conversations about whatever is weighing you down, and leave feeling relaxed and pampered. We wash it all down the drain!! Balancing professional and personal is tough, so please have a clear understanding, as all policies are strictly enforced. POLICIES: I follow Lexington School District 1 school closures for any inclement weather conditions. Should the schools cancel or close, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, for everyone’s safety. If you are having sick symptoms, the fees may be waived as long as you rebook the day of your cancellation, or a 50% deposit will be required to continue booking services with me. As apart of my client satisfaction guarantee, my ONLY focus will be the CLIENT. This means that if you are not the guest in my chair receiving my services (regardless of the client’s age, or who I paying for the appointment), I cannot accommodate your opinion. Once you complete your payment at the end of the service, that transaction is complete. You must let me know at the end of your appointment, while still in the studio, if you are unhappy with your results. If your mind changes after leaving, you will be required to book a new appointment for any adjustments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee of $15 will be applied to your transaction. If you are 30+ minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation, with a no show charge. Should this behavior happen on more than one occasion, your opportunity to book future appointments at Cultivate Salon & Co. may be prohibited. Any cancellation within 48 hours will be subjected to a 50% charge of the service amount. My time is valuable, and my schedule must stay on track to respect my other guest’s reservations with me. If you no call / no show, and 75% charge of your service total will be filed on your card.
